The photo is used only for the short time needed to produce the result you asked for, and it is not stored on our servers. If a service provider helps produce the result, it may process the photo for that one request only and may not keep it. We never use face data to identify you, track you, build a profile about you or show you ads.
Who we share information with

- Service providers: companies that help us run the website and apps, such as hosting, email, analytics and crash reporting. They may use the data only to work for us.
- Google services: our apps are distributed through Google Play and may use Google AdMob and Firebase. These collect some device data, such as your advertising ID and crash reports. - The law: when a legal process, court order or authority requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, property or safety, or yours.

Your choices and rights
You can write to us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop using it. We reply within 30 days.
- Marketing: you can stop receiving marketing emails whenever you like, using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Permissions: in Android Settings you can switch off any app permission, such as access to photos and files or notifications.
- If you live in the EU, UK or California, you also have the rights that your local privacy law gives you, such as objecting to processing, receiving your data in a portable form, and complaining to your data protection authority.
Some information may be kept after a request where the law requires it or we have a genuine business need, such as preventing fraud.
Security and how long we keep data
We protect your information with sensible technical and organisational safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy, or as long as the law requires. Enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months. Data stored inside an app stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Children
Our website and apps are not meant for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU and UK, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
